Christmas 2022 Wine Events

A selection of Christmas 2022 Wine Events that we hope to visit over the festive period or simply events that caught our eye and deserve a shout out. Concentrating on local events in Hampshire first aswell as locations further afield that would require a little more planning and organising to attend. Updating this early so you have plenty of time to book in advance before these popular events sell out.

Fairy Lights & Fizz is one of the most popular events in the local area with tickets always selling very quickly for this well established and long running event. Friday 9th December 2022 18:00 – 22:00 at the Guildhall Winchester. Organised by the collective Vineyeards of Hampshire with attendance from a growing list of local vineyards and distilleries, inlcuding Black Chalk Wine, Danebury Vineyard, Exton Park Vineyard, The Grange Vineyard, Hambledon Vineyard, Hattingle Valley, Louis Pommery, Quob Park Vineyard, Raimes Vineyard. Tickets can be purchased online here and normally sell out early so be quick.

Hambledon Vineyard will be running a number of events at the vineyard throughout December, including craft events such as wreath making aswell as Food & Wine events. December 15th they will be hosting a Cheese & Wine Tasting Evening at 19:00. Tickets can be purchased here. Closer to Christmas, Christmas Even infact Hambledon Vineyard are running a Christmas Eve Pop Up Lunch. Dinner will be served up by a Micheln Star Chef, starting at 12:30. Tickets can be purchased here.

Llanerch Vineyard in South Wales are running a Magical Christmas Afternoon Tea, complete with a visit to Santa and Entertainment on December 18th at 16:00 at the Woodland Marquee. This could be tied in with a Tour of the Vineyard. Llanerch Vineyard Recently won AA Hotel of the Year Wales 2022/23.
