Angled slate wine rack with capacity for 10 bottles of fine wine.
Sourced directly from the slate quarry in North Wales, very close to Snowdonia, home of the worlds finest slate quarries.
Cored in a staggered shape at the base and then reducing to single width nearer the top.
The face has a rare textured feel nearer the top.
The top has been carefully chiseled to give a mountain effect.
Predominantly grey in colour with a few rustic tints, this rack has only recently been added to the website.
Holes are approximately 90mm in diameter. All the cores are retained and split down as coasters.
This is the perfect size for storing both a standard size wine bottle and a slightly larger sparkling wine bottle.
The veins on the edge of this angled slate wine rack are nice and clean and are quite similar to another wine rack on the website SKU 6swr121.
The edge of this rack would be quite difficult to engrave and would not give a clear finish.
If you would like to add engraving and personalise a rack for a gift then I would recommend 14swr11 which is much more suitable.
If you have any further questions about this paticular design then please contact us now.
Please do remember that each piece of slate is different. I cannot guarantee the exact replication of any designs and I would not wish to.
If you can’t decide which rack to purchase then I would recommend a trip down to the workshop.
It is very difficult to show just how striking these designs are from a few photos and a short video clip.
