Useful Delivery Details and Order Timescales
Items are sent out with a courier and whenever possible, at a date and time that is convenient to the customer, to ensure the delivery can be signed for. Standard delivery is 3 – 5 working days.
All items are packaged up appropriately, however should one of our items turn up damaged, then we require to be notified on the delivery date (same day). We can then process the claim with the courier and ensure a replacement item is dispatched immediately for you.
We also try to deliver fragile items ourselves, whenever this is feasible, ensuring your item arrives safely. For larger items, we will discuss delivery options with you personally.
Alternatively, all our clients are welcome to visit the workshop by appointment and if items are in stock, you’re more than welcome to take them away with you.
For bespoke items, which require engraving or personalisation, then this takes a bit longer.
We aim to deliver these bespoke items within 10-14 days of placing your order and purchasing online. However, we advise you to contact us for accurate timescales of bespoke items as these can take even longer in certain circumstances.
We can offer a next day service if your order is extremely urgent, please contact us if this is the case as an additional premium will be charged.
We do try to carry as much slate as possible, however we hope you appreciate that bespoke items are worth waiting for….
